It only takes a few minutes to apply for an M&S Cash ISA online – or to top-up an existing cash ISA. Before you start, please look at the What you should know before you apply section below. If you need help completing an application or transfer form, take a look at our Guidance Notes.
Please note, this form should be used to top-up into the M&S Advantage Cash ISA option only. If you wish to top-up into your existing M&S Flexi Cash ISA option or M&S Tracker Cash ISA option, please call us on 0800 028 28 24 as it is not possible to top-up these options online. (Lines are open Monday to Friday - 8am to 8pm, Saturday - 9am to 5pm. Calls may be recorded.)
Alternatively, if you have an M&S Cash ISA (Flexi option or Tracker option) that you've saved in during the current or previous tax year, you can use this top-up form to top-up any remaining funds into the M&S Advantage Cash ISA option. Otherwise, you should start a new application.
To apply for a cash ISA you have to be a UK resident aged 16 or over. The M&S Cash ISA is not available to residents of the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
You can save up to £5,340 in a cash ISA during the current tax year (ends 5 April 2012).
To comply with our regulatory obligations, we need to collect certain personal information from you and know how you will fund your account.
Before you start, you need to read (and agree to) our M&S Cash ISA Terms and Conditions and the Fixed Rate Savings Issue 13 (Cash ISA) Terms and Conditions. You should also read the M&S Cash ISA Summary Box and M&S Cash ISA Key Features. If you need help completing the application or transfer form, take a look at our Guidance Notes.
