You earn 1 point for every £1 spent at M&S and 1 point for every £2 spent elsewhere. Points cannot be earned on cash advances, balance transfers, interest charges, M&S Travel Money or foreign exchange purchases. Don’t forget - if you have an M&S Credit Card you can join M&S Premium Club and earn triple points on your spend at M&S, that’s three points for every £1 you spend – all for just £10 a month for an initial 12 month period.
If you are an M&S Premium Club member, you will receive three points for every £1 you spend in M&S. Triple points do not apply to bonus points offers or promotional points offers on M&S Money products which you may receive from time to time.
Four times a year, we’ll automatically convert your points into M&S Reward Vouchers which we will send to you. You can then use your vouchers as full or part payment for anything you want at your M&S, from food to fashion or save them towards larger items. Your vouchers are valid for up to 15 months.
Yes. We’ll let you know about our latest bonus point offers by post, email and when you sign in to My Money Accounts. To collect the points, you’ll need to bring the offer details with you when you shop at M&S – or use the offer code when you order online or over the phone.
Loyalty points can take up to 4 days to reach your account. As a result, it may also take 4 days for the points to update on your M&S till receipt. Points accrued via M&S Direct or internet can take a little longer to reach your account. Loyalty points relating to M&S furniture purchases will normally be applied to your account 2 days after the completion of the order. Completion of the order means when goods have been delivered.
You will have a separate loyalty account for each card. Statements and rewards vouchers will be issued separately for each account.
In certain circumstances we are unable to award bonus points due to eligibility issues. For example, offer vouchers can only be used by the person who receives them and are not transferrable. This can happen after points are converted into vouchers and then a refund is made on items purchased before the conversion took place. You will have had the benefit of the points included in your loyalty vouchers, but on refunding the goods you would no longer be entitled to the points. As a result of this, your points balance can show a negative or minus figure until you begin to build up points again.
Reward vouchers are sent out four times a year, usually in February, May, August and November. A message will show on your till receipt, or My Money Accounts, to inform you that your points are currently being converted to vouchers. It can then take up to 6 weeks before you’ll receive the vouchers in the post.
We can cancel the vouchers and add the points back on to your account. The points will then be carried forward and be converted to vouchers for the next mailing.
Yes, the only difference with Outlet store is that you don’t earn bonus points on retail promotions.
