Why wait to receive statements in the post when you can check them online? It’s faster, safer and more environmentally friendly.

If you choose to stop paper statements, we’ll send you an email as soon as your latest statement is ready to view online. You can check recent transactions and details from the past six months. And if you need a paper copy, you can always print one – or we’ll post one to you free of charge.

How to stop paper statements

To view your statements online you need to register for My Money Accounts. It only takes a few minutes to complete. Then you can sign in and select the option to stop paper statements.
