Password Reset Instructions

Simple and secure

If you’ve registered for My Money Accounts and forgotten your password, here are the steps that you’ll need to follow to reset your details and get yourself back online.

Step 1: Forgotten your first password - marksandspencer.com account?

If you know your marksandspencer.com account details, just sign in with your usual email address and password and go to Step 2 below.

If you’ve forgotten these details, you’ll need to go to the sign in screen, click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link and follow the on screen instructions.

If you’re still having problems with your marksandspencer.com account, you’ll need to call M&S Customer Services on 0845 609 0200.

Step 2: Forgotten your second password - My Money Accounts?

If you’ve forgotten your My Money Accounts details, you’ll need to:

  • Click on the 'Forgotten your security details?' link on the Security Questions screen
  • Follow the instructions on the 'Forgotten details' screen for choosing a new password and security question
  • Call us on 0800 363 459 to activate your new details

As soon as we’ve activated your details, you’ll be able to sign in straightaway and start managing your account online again.
