If you've registered for My Money Accounts and forgotten your username, password or security answer, here are the steps that you'll need to follow to reset your details and get yourself back online.

Forgotten your username?

When you first set up your username we sent you an email confirming this information. If you no longer have this email, please call us on 0800 363 459.

Forgotten your password or security answer?

If you've forgotten your password or security answer, you'll need to:

  • Click on the relevant link on the Security details screen
  • Follow the instructions on screen for choosing a new password and security question
