If you are still having problems, please call us on 0800 363 459. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am-9pm, Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm. Calls may be monitored or recorded.

No, just sign in as usual. You can then activate your new card online if necessary.
Yes, you will. We’d never stop sending you statements in the post, unless you asked to. When you register, you can choose to stop paper statements and then we’ll send an email every month when your statement is ready to view online.
You could receive exclusive offers just for managing your account online. These are shown as messages on the bottom of the ‘Your Accounts’, ‘Make a Payment’ and ‘Sign Out’ pages and can be offers such as bonus M&S points when you take out an M&S insurance policy, a balance transfer offer or online M&S shopping discounts. Simply click on the message when you see it to find out more. These offers are subject to change so make sure you sign in to My Money Accounts frequently to take advantage of them.
