Change your cover

Have you changed your wedding venue or moved the date? Do you need to increase your cover or cancel your policy? To make changes to your cover, call our customer services team on 0800 316 5985 – you’ll need your policy details to hand.

Make a claim

If you need to make a claim, you should call us as soon as possible on 0800 316 5979. Our claims team is here to help you – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Make sure you’ve got your policy number when you call.

Make a complaint

We want to provide an excellent service to all our customers, but we’re aware that things can sometimes go wrong. We take every complaint we receive seriously – and we do everything we can to resolve problems quickly.
