• Your address and postcode
• Your pet’s name, date of birth and breed

Applying for cover

We’ll give you quotes for our Premier and Standard cover options. If you want to apply straight away, you’ll need:

• An email address
• You card details – you can pay using M&S Credit Card, M&S Chargecard, Visa, Visa Debit or MasterCard

Online discount

• The 15% online discount is only available to new customers
• Only one discount is available per policy
