Want to renew, change or cancel your policy? Need to make a claim – or a complaint? Here’s how to get in touch with us by phone or post.
We’ll send you a reminder before your current policy expires. This will explain what you need to do to renew your home insurance with M&S for another year. If you don’t receive a reminder, or you need to change your policy before you renew it, call the renewals team on 0800 068 2742.
If you need to make a claim, you should call the claims line as soon as possible. The claims team is here to help you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Make sure you’ve got your policy number when you call – and quote it when you write to us. The claims number is 0800 111 4901.
If you take out Home Emergency Cover we’ll include it in your policy schedule, along with details of the emergency repairs it covers. Have you extended your property or installed a new security feature? Do you need to reduce your cover or cancel your policy? To make changes to your cover, call the customer services team on 0800 121 4070 – you’ll need your policy details to hand.
