Can we insure your car?
The car you're insuring must be privately owned. And we can't insure any of these vehicles:
- Motorcycles
- Commercial vehicles
- Motor homes/motor caravans
- Vehicles with more than 8 seats
- Non-EU imports
- Cars without a valid UK registration number
- Cars with a Q registration
- Cars registered outside the UK or Northern Ireland
- Cars used for driving tuition, motor trade purposes, hire or reward, racing, rallies, track days or competitions
Important Information
Before you start your quote, read our important information about Car Insurance. If you provide incorrect or incomplete information in your application, we may not be able to deal with any claim and your policy may be cancelled. All prices quoted will be inclusive of insurance premium tax and any applicable M&S Cardholder discounts. The M&S Cardholder discount only applies if the cardholder is also the regular driver.
