  • If I need to make a claim what should I do?

    If you need to make a claim, you should call us as soon as possible on 0844 412 2160. Our claims team is here to help you – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Make sure you’ve got your policy number when you call.

    How can I renew my policy?

    We’ll send you a reminder before your current policy expires. This will explain what you need to do to renew your car insurance with M&S for another year. In most cases we’ll renew your cover automatically, unless you tell us not to. If you don’t receive a reminder, or you need to change your policy before you renew it, call our renewals team on 0800 058 2942 (Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am–9pm and Saturday 9am–5pm).

    I’m getting a new car what do I need to do?

    To make changes to your cover or cancel your policy, call our customer services team on 0844 412 2157 (Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am–9pm and Saturday 9am–5pm) – you’ll need your policy details to hand.
