Want to renew, change or cancel your policy? Need to make a claim – or a complaint? Here’s how to get in touch with us.
We’ll send you a reminder before your current policy expires. This will explain what you need to do to renew your car insurance with M&S for another year. In most cases we’ll renew your cover automatically, unless you tell us not to. If you don’t receive a reminder, or you need to change your policy before you renew it, call our renewals team on 0800 058 2942.
If you need to make a claim, you should call us as soon as possible on 0844 412 2160. Our claims team is here to help you – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Make sure you’ve got your policy number when you call.
If your windscreen needs repairing or replacing, call us on 0800 294 3236.
