Colin joined M&S Money as its CEO in January 2009. His career with HSBC spans more than 30 years, including roles as Head of Premier & Financial Planning, Regional Director South East, Area Director Birmingham and Head of Corporate East Midlands.
Marcus Golby
Customer Service & Operations Director
Marcus joined M&S Money in 2008 as Director of Customer Experience, where he was responsible for sales and service and business operations. His role has now expanded to include business change, all customer channels and collections. He joined HSBC in 2000 and has worked in a range of roles covering strategy, change and operational management, including 5 years at first direct.
